Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
Some items ship within 1-2 business days, while others may take 2-3 weeks. Life isn’t always fair, but don’t worry! If it takes 2-3 weeks, we’ll note it on the product page. And trust us, it will be worth the wait!
Domestic (Canada):
- Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders over $100!
- Flat Rate Shipping: Just $10 on orders under $100.
- Shipping Time: Your order will typically arrive within 3-9 business days after processing.
- Express Delivery: Need it faster? We offer express delivery options. Additional fees apply.
International Shipping:
International shipping is currently unavailable, but we’re excited to announce that it will be available soon. Stay tuned for updates on our international shipping options!
Returns and Refunds Policy
We want you to be thrilled with your purchase! Please read product descriptions and dimensions carefully before placing your order to ensure you choose the right items. If something isn’t quite right, here’s what you can do:
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, let us know right away at support@maplebamboo.ca. Please include photos and your order number, and we’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost.
Returns for Non-Defective Items:
- Return Window: You have 30 days to decide if your purchase is right for you.
- Condition: Items should be in their original condition and packaging.
- Return Shipping Costs: If you change your mind, you’ll need to cover the return shipping costs. We appreciate your understanding! Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact Us: Send us an email at support@maplebamboo.ca to start the return process. Please include your order number.
- Receive Authorization: We’ll provide you with a return authorization and easy-to-follow instructions.
- Ship the Item: Use a trackable shipping method to send the item back to us.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or issue store credit based on your preference. Refunds are usually processed within 5-7 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@maplebamboo.ca.

- Packaging: Please ensure items are securely packaged to avoid damage during return shipping.
